About
I am a stay-at-home dad who has lived in Lynnfield for 10 years, and currently volunteer as Director of Communications at the Summer Street School PTO, as a member of the Finance Committee, and an active member of the Friends of the Lynnfield Library. I believe it's important to use my skills to give back to my community, and I hope to use my skills to benefit the Lynnfield Library which I and my 3 daughters have often used.
My interest in libraries started in grade school. I remember reading free copies of “Tintin” and “Asterix” in the children’s section of the Newburyport Public Library, and visiting the Memorial Hall Library in Andover to read books from their young adult section. I was an English major in college and still enjoy buying used and new books to read. Since moving to Lynnfield 10 years ago, I’ve enjoyed using the Lynnfield Library with my wife and 3 daughters, and browsing the used books at the Friends of the Lynnfield Library book sale.
My professional experience includes work as a project manager, user experience designer, and team lead in digital agencies and college textbook publishing. In these roles I served as the primary contact for multiple clients and stakeholders, worked closely with internal teams and direct reports, facilitated communication between teams, and managed scope and budgets for multiple projects.
